A complete purchase order appears in Lightspeed in Open status. Stock is only received when a human says so. Always.

An invoice that's already been processed can never create a second PO — and PO Bridge can optionally check Lightspeed itself for purchase orders you captured manually before switching over.
When a supplier's price moves, the item lands on a Price Review list showing old and new cost side by side — with an optional one-click retail price update straight to your POS.
A clean count sheet per shipment — every line item with quantities and totals — for checking stock off against the box that actually arrived.
Credit notes are detected automatically and never become purchase orders. They get their own tab, with line-item detail and an unread indicator so nothing slips past.
Warranty replacements and zero-cost lines are recognised and kept out of your item cost history — one discounted RMA line will never corrupt an item's average cost.

PO Bridge never auto-commits anything financially consequential. It does the reading, the typing, and the matching — the decisions stay yours.
Every PO is created in Open status. Receiving stock into inventory always takes a human click inside Lightspeed itself.
Tracked shipments wait for you to click "Process now" — because invoices often arrive days before the boxes do.
Invoice PDFs are processed by AI and not retained afterwards, are never used to train models, and your Lightspeed credentials never touch the AI at all.
